The Ocean State of Mind shawl is crocheted from one side to the other which creates the shape of a slightly asymmetric triangle, almost symmetrical. The combination of moss stitches and post stitches in this pattern gives the shawl an interesting and modern texture. This shawl can be made in any size which is described in the pattern. You can find yarn suggestions and more photos on my blog:

Pattern features:

  • Photo tutorials to show the neccesary steps of the pattern.

Stitches used in this pattern:

Chain, slip stitch, single crochet, half double crochet, double crochet, front post double crochet and back post double crochet (US terms).
