Imagine a warm, slow, tranquil summer afternoon at the beach with little waves lapping the shore… Ocean Waves is inspired by this lovely lazy warmth.

This hat is knitted seamlessly in the round from the bottom up. It
includes a provisionally cast on picot hem that is turned and knitted
together with the body. Knit and purl stitches form the easy to memorize main pattern, and a shell shape flows into a twisted stitch cable over one ear towards the crown.

Note: This pattern is charted, the knitter should have previous experience working from charts.

Techniques

Waste yarn provisional cast-on, knitting in the round, twisted
