Oceana: Knitted with fingering yarn, this feminine shrug with picot edging is super cute yet super simple to knit!
It is perfect for the summer or over a dress during the winter. Sized from newborn to adult sizes

Stitches are picked up around the collar to knit the border in the round.

Cross-back measurement:
7.5 (8.5, 9.5, 10.5, 11.25//12.25, 13.25, 14.25, 15.25//16, 17, 18) inches
Size should be chosen according to your child’s cross-back (measuring the back at underarm’s height) size. For a close fit, pick the size that is closer to actual measurement. About 0.5’’ of ease is good.
