A soft play of colors and a lacy pattern that arises and falls again like waves in an ocean before they finally reach the shore - Oceanbound is a soft reminder of the sea.

Worked from tip to edge, the asymmetrical shawl will hug your shoulders.

Knit it up in Madelinetosh Tosh Merino Light, a soft merino yarn that offers an amazingly versatile palette.

Oceanbound is worked flat from the left tip towards the right edge, with increases on one side and decreases on the other - thus giving the shawl its elongated, asymmetrical shape.

Yardage requirements
1 skein in color A, 356 yds [325 m] used for sample
1 skein color B, 337 yds [309 m] used for sample

ERRATA:
Section 2, row 11: the [k1, k2tog] at the beginning of this row has to be worked twice, not only once. That was wrong in the written instructions, the chart was correct all the time.
