October mornings is a light shawl to keep you warm on those cool mornings and evenings at the beginning of fall when they days can still get pretty warm.
October mornings is knit from the center in the round until it reaches the desired width and then continued flat on both sides separately. You will knit alternating sections of garter stitch in your mohair yarn and lace sections in shiny yak of a similar fingering to lace weight yarn.
The Silky Mohair I used is a little thicker than the typical Silk-Mohair blend, you can use any other Silk-Mohair blend Held double instead though. Please keep in mind that your yardage doubles if you decide to hold two strands together.

You can use my discount codes “Taschi30” or “Taschi50” for flexible pricing.
