I just released my new pattern. it is called Odile, aka the black Swan, because it comes from the Ballet “Swan Lake”

Swan Lake is the story of Odette, who’s in love with the prince.
The sorcerer Rothbart turns her into a white swan, and she can only turn back into human at night.
As Rothbart’s daughter look exactly like Odette, the sorcerer will try to fool the prince, by dressing his daughter as Odette to make the prince say he loves her and marry her.

Odile is Rothbart’s daughter, the Black Swan.

This cardigan is designed for little girls. Size 2, 4, 6 years.
It is worked top down, all in one piece (no sew!) in stockinette stitch. All the back panel is knitted in lace, with a beautyfull, but simple, feather pattern to figure the wings of the swan.

Lace part is charted.
Instructions detailled.
Knit in sock yarn (i use a black yarn, with some dots of colors) with 3,5mm/US4 needles.

The Odette cardigan will come later, same base, but another feather pattern. Two swans, two cardigans, two different pattern, but they look the same :)
