A tribute to traditional craftsmanship and life close to the land. Odle Vest & Sweater is a set of rustic, warm layering garments in soft, sturdy wool. Both pieces are worked from the bottom up and share the same body, worked in the round in textured rib and main pattern. A simple chart continues into the yoke. The vest is worked flat in separate back and front pieces with shaping for armholes and neckline. The sweater features raglan decreases. Both have a front gusset neckline, and the neckband is worked flat at the end. Difficulty: Intermediate. Construction: Bottom-up, seamless construction, sweater or vest. Yarn: Hitchhiking in Himalaya from House of Yarn (100 g = 110 m). Sizes S (M) L (XL). Measurements: Bust circumference 98 (108) 120 (130) cm. Total length 56 (58) 61 (64) cm.
