Seven little top-down triangles are knit with thick bands of alternating colors. The centerpiece is then knit from the top with 2-row stripes. Triangles are sewn to the large centerpiece at the end to form the shawl’s overall shape with a long wingspan and shallow depth. The modular construction and simple garter stitch make this shawl an excellent project to work on at knitting groups or while watching movies.
