This sweet bee themed cowl is a delight to knit!

Its knitted in the round, bottom up and features a double ribbed and a staggered bee design encircled with specs of pollen.

For this piece, I used Supersoft lambswool by JC Rennie and used 2 x 50 gram balls of the colour Marzipan and 1 x 50 gram ball of Medium Grey.

You could also use their Unique Shetland yarn to give a thicker textile or even Spindrift by Jamieson of Shetland would work well too.

Needle wise, I used 2.25mm (US1 / metric 13) size circular needle for the rib changing over to 3mm (US3 / metric 11) for the colour work section.

I designed this piece as bees are important and we need to save them!
