Fancy making your first shawl/shawlette but put off by complex lace charts or short rows? This pattern is very simple and therefore ideal for beginner lace knitters. It is knit sideways and the pattern is over 4 rows, so very easy to follow. The pattern for the rosette is also included. All you need is a 100g ball of sock/ 4 ply yarn, 4mm needles, 2 stitch markers and a brooch pin. It’s a quick knit and a very portable project too! A great way to show off that special skein of hand dyed yarn!
