Introducing the Olive Branch Pullover Pattern, our second in-house knit sweater pattern from The Farmers Daughter Fibers designed by Rebecca Woelber.

Inspired by timeless cable knit sweaters and designed to become a cherished wardrobe staple, the Olive Branch Pullover is the kind of project you’ll reach for season after season. With beautifully flowing cable panels, thoughtful construction details, and an effortlessly classic silhouette, this sweater feels equally at home on crisp autumn mornings, cozy winter evenings, and every fiber-filled adventure in between.

Designed in mind to specifically showcase our beautiful lofty and rustic Pishkun - 100% Montana and Wyoming Rambouillet, 255 yd/233 m per 3.5 oz/100 g skein. The Olive Branch Pullover is knit from the bottom up and  features an all over cable motif that creates classic and rich texture, while allowing the natural beauty of the yarn to shine. The body is worked in the round before separating for the front and back, which are worked flat and joined at the shoulders using a three-needle bind off. A comfortable twisted rib collar with short-row shaping provides a polished finish, while fitted sleeves are picked up and worked in the round for a seamless look.

Please note that if you would like to lengthen your sweater you will require additional yarn.

• US Size 5 / 3.75 mm - 16 in/40 cm - 40 in/100 cm circular or
double point needles (for ribbing and the body of the sweater)

• US Size 6 / 4 mm - 16 in/40 cm - 40 in/100 cm circular or
double point needles (for the sleeves)

Sizes:

Finished Measurements:
36.75 (40.75, 44.75, 49, 53) (57, 61, 65.25, 69.25)”/93.5 (103.5, 113.5, 124.5, 134.5) (145, 155, 166, 176)  cm.  Intended to be worn with 7 to 9”/18 to 23 cm of positive ease.
