Olive’s Swing Skirt – Baby is the perfect skirt for the youngest. The skirt is short and has plenty of width and the built-in bloomer doubles up as a diaper cover and keeps the skirt in place. Olive’s Swing Skirt – Baby is worked in stockinette stitch using 1 strand of either Merino, Cotton Merino or Pure Silk.
You start working the skirt from the bottom up before switching to the bloomers and working these from the bottom up as well. Afterwards, the skirt and bloomers are joined at the waist with a folded waistband with an elastic inserted. A picot edge finishes the skirt edge.
