Once Again is a top-down, pullover sweater; knit in-the-round with a stranded yoke that is coupled with simple cable stitches. Short rows are used to shape the neckline after the yoke pattern is completed. Gentle waist shaping gives way to a slight A-line look at the hips resulting in an approximate 2½” to 2¾” larger hip circumference than the chest circumference.

Gauge 25 sts by 35 rounds = 4” in St st on US 6

An update that added a second pattern which uses separate (non-monochromatic) colors for the yoke segments was sent on February 21st. This yoke is shown in Drizzly Day (MC) and the Racing Silks gradient set.

Additionally, the pattern for Sheldon’s Once Again sweater is also included in the download.

Marian has put together some lovely kits for the sweater which can be found here. And if you’re lucky enough to be at the Knot House the weekend of February 2nd and 3rd, Marian will be doing a pop-up trunk show with her lovely yarn and she will have both versions of this sweater with her. She will also be vending at Stitches West on February 21st to the 24th.
