One Summer Last Fall is a cowl, knit in the round from the bottom up. It was designed to use an entire skein of that beautiful hand dyed yarn you just didn’t know what to do with! This cowl is named after one of my favorite songs, and the open lace, and slip stitch pattern remind me of something open and airy, making it a good transition peice.
The simple lace and slip stitch pattern will work with just about any type of yarn.

I did use all but about 9 grams of my skein when knitting the sample, but the great thing about this pattern is it is totally adaptable! You can easily add or remove repeats based on how much yardage you have, and it will still turn out great!

This pattern has been tech edited and test knitted and should be error free. However, if you encounter problems, or need help, the designer can be reached at knitsbylindalou@gmail.com!
