The sky’s the limit! Don’t let a gate limit you. Open a gate and go, find new ways, knowledge, creativity!

The mitts are worked in rib and cable pattern which makes them stretchy and ensures a snug fit for most hands. The simple to work 4x4 cable is made interesting and unusual by adding elongated stitches and strategically placed purl stitches. The cable pattern is charted and written. Separate instructions are given for the right hand, left hand and thumbs.

Circumference of the mitten (at the widest part of the hand):
S: unstretched 9 cm / 3½’’ stretches to 18 cm / 7’’
M: unstretched 10 cm / 4’’ stretches to 20 cm / 8’’
L: unstretched 11 cm / 4¼’’ stretches to 22 cm / 8½’’
Height (worn): 18 cm / 7’’ (adjustable)
