This flattering, knitted hat is an ideal accessory to keep those chill breezes away. With a simple ribbed brim and all over textured pattern, it is a quick and fairly simple knit.

It can be knitted in any Aran/10-ply/Worsted weight yarn with the length to weight ratio of 200m to 100g such as King Cole Fashion Aran, Wendy Aran with Wool, Cascade 220 Superwash, Rowan Pure Wool Worsted or Adriafil Stella Alpina.

Instructions are provided for three sizes:
Small: to fit 46-50cm (18-20ins) head size (50g/100m)
Medium: to fit 50-56 cm (20-22 ins) head (60g/120m)
Large: to fit 56-61cm (22-24 ins) head size (70g/140m)

Skills needed. Knitting in the round using circular and/or double pointed needles, knit and purl stitches, k2tog and p2tog decreases.
