is is a crochet pattern to make a pair of orc inspired gauntlets. The pattern walks you through making a set of fingerless gloves as a base, and then an additional 3 armor pieces to sew into the gloves turning them into gauntlets.

This pattern uses basic crochet stitches, some simple embroidery for optional decoration, and whatever stitch you prefer to attach the pieces together. There are notes to adjust the sizing of the fingerless gloves to fit them to different arm circumferences and lengths.

Gauge is not specifically important, however I do recommend checking for size as you go along.
