Orchard and Vine is a multicolored shawl with an asymmetrical triangle shape, knit from end to end. The shawl is knit entirely in garter stitch and only uses one color at a time, so it’s perfect TV or movie knitting.

This pattern can be made with any weight of yarn and any number of colors. If you use a different number of colors than the pattern is written for you will likely need to change yarns prior to the indicated stitch count. If you use a different weight of yarn your shawl will have somewhat different dimension and may use more/less yarn than indicated…but it’s a great way to use up odds and ends and you can just bind off when you run out of yarn!

Sample shawl is made from Knit Picks High Desert Sport in Campion, Stargazing, Alder, and Ponderosa Heather, and used 50g of each color.
