Other Tools Needed:
Larger (6.00mm) and smaller (3.50mm) crochet hooks required to meet both gauge specifications, a tapestry needle, and scissors.

Gauge Requirements:

1. Herringbone Stitch: Worked with 2 strands of C1 and the larger hook. 13 stitches x 2 rows = 10 x 2 cm / 4 x 0.8 inches.

2. Single Crochet Stitch: Worked with 1 strand of C2 and the smaller hook. 22 stitches x 27 rows = 10 x 10 cm / 4 x 4 inches.
