Oriol is a cowl, collar and ponchette.
It will keep your neck and shoulders warm. It can be worn rolled up like a cowl or collar, rolled down it is a nice capelet to add some warmth in- or outdoors.

The Oriol pattern on the picture was knitted with two skeins of variegated yarn, changing skeins every second row.
-The strand of yarn just worked is crossed over the strand of yarn, that is about to be worked. The cross always happens with the yarn in back.
-This easy construction will ensure, that there are no holes in the fabric and that no ends need to be weaved in after every change of color/skein.

Oriol can be knitted with single colored or multicolored yarns.

You will be the designer of your own project.

The knit is easy. It is a double seed stitch, worked in three sections with decreases by changing needle sizes and k2togs. No mysteries.

The finished project has the shape of a small mini-skirt (size xs).
The top has 15 inches/ 40cm circumference, the bottom about 22/ 57cm. Good for size m.

Enjoy!

Thanks to Celina for beeing a wonderful model!
