This pattern is worked in the round with the ornament topper worked flat directly into the main peice. To get desired ornament look you need minimum of 2 colors one for the main and one for the body. You can use any combination of colors including changing colors each round to get a striped ornament look. Pattern is worked using a 4 weight (worsted) acrylic or cotton yarn to achieve standard coaster size for cork backing (4 inch round cork backing)
