Orsola Sweater has a beautiful, effortless boxy design with a drop-shoulder construction. It’s worked in Mock Cable Ribbing - a texture that looks like cabling, but is created with simple knits and purls, no cable needle required.

The stitch pattern pairs perfectly with the relaxed silhouette, adding just enough detail without breaking the clean lines of the design.

You start out working the back piece flat, after which the shoulders and front piece are created and also worked flat. The body is worked in the round. The sleeves are worked with decreases, giving them a tapered shape.

This pattern has been professionally tech edited by Kimberly Wilkerson, and has been test knitted by a large number of test knitters around the world.
