I made a unicorn. You can too! Ouroboros is (almost) fully pose-able. He stands about 8 inches tall using worsted weight yarn and a size E crochet hook. Included are basic instructions for a partial armature so he can run and rear and kick and stuff. If you follow the instructions exactly, a sharp screw will be sticking out of the front of this toy. So don’t gift it to a baby, small child, or even most responsible adults you might know.

Ouroboros is not to be ridden. In fact, consider yourself lucky if he doesn’t stab you with his razor-sharp horn just “because”. Apples and sugar cubes will serve you well, maybe.

I would greatly appreciate any feedback on the pattern. It’s free, so I haven’t edited it too much. I am interested to know if my instructions actually make sense (because of course they make perfect sense to me!).
