The Ousia scarf is small yet substantial… for when you want something compact but still functional. It will keep you warm and cozy without the bulk of something larger, yet provides more warmth than a mini scarf. A quick knit that is simple yet engaging, and makes an excellent beginner project if knitting Brioche for the first time. The perfect gift to yourself and others.

The size is customizable however the proportions given in the pattern are intended with a specific fit in mind. If the scarf is made bigger, please note you will need more yarn than what is recommended.

Gauge should be taken after blocking and it is 27 sts by 36 rows OR 18 brioche rows in a 4x4 inch square.

I used 2 skeins of the Illimani Santi yarn with a bit left over, however everyone knits differently so please use this as a guide.
