I started thinking recently that this pattern would make a nice, squishy shawl in DK as well. It’s still essentially the same pattern, with slight adjustments for the yardage and weight, and two size options in case you like really big shawls. Garter, lace, easy repeats, and it changes up regularly to keep it interesting. Asymmetrical pattern that’s easy to customize, so you can make adjustments if your yarn amount requires it or you just want to adjust the size.

Shawl does not require pin blocking. Just lay flat and shape to dry. All measurements listed, and all pictures taken, were me simply laying them flat to dry.

Standard size is approximately 82” x 16”
Extended size is approximately 92” x 18”
