A lovely rustic-look garter stitch triangle shawl with stripes on the bottom. Perfect for cuddling up by the fire on a cold evening on Fraser’s Ridge.
As worn by the character Claire Fraser on Season 4 of Outlander - Drums of Autumn.

A fairly easy and quick knit using 650 yards of bulky/chunky weight yarn in 3 colors (390 yards dark brown, 130 yards black, 130 yards of lighter brown), all garter stitch, with a center spine.

Skill level: advanced beginner

SUPPLIES:

• 5 skeins of Berroco Vintage Chunky yarn, 650 yards yarn in 3 colors (390 yards of “Chocolate” dark brown, 130 yards of “Cast Iron” black, 130 yards of “Forrest Floor” lighter moss brown) - You may also use your choice of wool or wool blend bulky weight yarn in any colors of your choosing.

• 1 US size 10.5 circular needle (I recommend using 40” circular cable)

• 1 Large eye tapestry needle

Sizing: This shawl is one size, with instruction on how to size up or down for plus size or petite.

Finished Measurements: wing span 76”, center spine 38”.
