Loose fitting shrug inspired by the chunky knits on Outlander, using the same cable as the gauntlets worn in Season One.

I am a US 16 and the fit is generous on me, to make it smaller switch to worsted weight yarn and smaller needles or subtract some stitches from the middle section (cast on fewer stitches)
