Inspired by one of the pairs of wrist warmers that are worn by the character Claire in the Outlander television series, which is based on the books of the talented writer, Diana Gabaldon. This is my interpertation of the very practical knitted cabled gauntlets. The sample pair were knitted up using approximately 1 skein of yarn with some yardage left over, but you can choose a heavier or lighter yarn along with the correct sized needles to get gauge.
