This is an oval shaped bookmark worked in the round. A small size and a large size can be made.

SIZE: Small: 7 (17.75 cm) x 1.25” (3 cm); Large: 7.5-8” (19-20 cm) x 1.75-2” (4.5-5 cm)

STITCHES & TECHNIQUES USED: chains, slip stitch, back loop only, single crochet, double crochet, beginning double crochet stitch in the special stitch instructions, special instructions for a V-Stitch, foundation single crochet (optional)

YARN: 25 yards of #3 DK Weight, Lion Brand 24/7 Cotton
Sparkle DK or suitable substitute

TOOLS: US Size (D/3) 3.25 mm crochet hook, Yarn Needle,
Scissors, optional for stiffening – small bowl, warm
water, glue
