Aran/Worsted Yarn. I used Paintbox Yarns Simply Aran.
4-8, 2cm/0.75in buttons

Gauge:
14sts/11rows=10cmX10cm (4X4 inch) square in half double crochet

st or sts- stitch or stitches
ch- chain stitch
sl st- slip stitch
sp- space
sc- single crochet
hdc- half double crochet
hdc2tog- half double crochet two stitches together
bo- bobble stitch (see instructions on page 5)
IN- increase
RS- right side of the cardigan
WS- wrong side of the cardigan
PSM- place stitch marker
RSM- remove stitch marker

bo/hdc- work over two sts
