About the work:
The top is worked from the top down with double-knit edges and raglan increases.
You start with 1 strand on needle size 3.5 mm, then continue the body with 2 strands and needle size 4.5 mm.
The ruffles can be knitted along the way or at the end — this is your choice.
If you prefer to wait until the end, I recommend knitting the rounds where you will pick up stitches in purl, as this makes it easier to see where to pick up later.
Finally, the sleeves are knitted, and the button is sewn on. The button loop is crocheted using double strand.

Circular needle 3.5 mm – 60 cm + 80/100 cm for magic loop (sleeves).
Double-pointed needles 3.5 mm or magic loop technique for the sleeves.
Circular needle 4.5 mm – 60 cm.
Crochet hook size 3.5 mm.

Gauge:
1 strand Kid Silk on needle size 3.5 mm: 24 sts x 32 rows = 10 x 10 cm
2 strands Kid Silk on needle size 4.5 mm: 19 sts x 25 rows = 10 x 10 cm.
