Overgang is a Danish word for “transition”.

Overgang is an oversize very feminin reverse A-line jacket/cardigan.

This jacket is worked from the bottom edge and up with a drop shoulder and large pockets.

The pattern is made for at yarn with a gauge of 20 stitches per 10 centimeters (slip stitch pattern) i.e. a yardage of approximate 115 meters per 50 grams.

This pattern includes directions for a size S, M, L, XL, XXL and XXXL with chest width of the jacket 128 (136, 144, 152, 160, 168) - fits chest width 98 (106, 114, 122, 130, 138) centimeters and a length of 83 (84, 85, 86, 97, 88) centimeters. Size L pictured i merino 115 from Hjertegarn.

This pattern is written for a knitter with medium skills, a knitter who is familiar with slip stitch patterns and crochetet edges, a knitter who is able to follow written instructions, pick up stitches, work button holes as well as increases and decreases.

Materials: yarn, knitting needles and stitch markers.
