Like Sildra, Overik features numerous characteristics that are common to the more archetypical Selbu mitten, but with finer yarn for more detail. Fun fact: traditionally, Selbu mittens with stranded colourwork cuffs were for men only, and lace cuffs were only to be worn by women. However, the striped cuffs could be worn by all.
