The coaster pattern uses small amounts of 5 colors of the Paintbox cotton dk yarn. I also included a sample of using one color only. I used an E hook for the pattern.

The coaster measures 4.5 inches across if you do not choose the bead edge or 5 inches across with the bead edge. It takes 18 5/0 or 6/0 seed beads.
