Created to keep heads warm in the Pacific North West harsh weather, this hat covers the ears and forehead and protects heads against the cold.

This hat was designed to work up quickly and easily. No one likes having tons of ends to weave in at the end of a project so I made this hat to have the minimum amount of finishing work. If you want to use 2 colors you’ll have 4 ends but if you want a single colored hat you’ll only have 2 pesky ends to deal with. That is thanks to the ear flaps being built right into the hat.

Gauge: First two rounds of hat, 2” across

Materials Needed:
3 ounces Worsted Weight yarn of choice main color (MC)
Small amount of contrasting color (CC)
“H” crochet hook (If you are even slightly off gauge go up to an “I” Hook)
Tapestry Needle for weaving in ends
