I love paint chips. This skirt is inspired by the subtle shifts of hues on the humble paint chip. Each tier has generous increasing and shifts in color, texture, and pattern. I have added a little flash of sparkly bling at the cast on edge, in the purl row between each tier, and at the bind off edge. You can make your skirt as long or short as you like by varying length of the tiers. Great twirl factor!

Snowflake Eyelet: (Multiple of 11) 

Round 1: * K6, ssk, yo, k1, yo, k2tog, repeat from* to marker.. 
 Round 2, 4 and 6: Knit all. 

Round 3: K7, yo, sl2-k1-p2sso, yo,* K8, yo, sl2-k1-p2sso, yo, repeat from* to marker.

Round 5: Same as round 1.
Round 7: k2, * ssk, yo, k1, yo, k2tog, k6; repeat from * to marker.
Rounds 8, 10, 12: Knit all
Round 9: k3, * yo, sl2-k1-p2sso, yo,* K8, yo, sl2-k1-p2sso, yo, repeat from* to marker.
Round 11: Same as round 7.
