If you put three of my patterns in your cart for purchase, the fourth pattern will be free.

Note - this is MUCH faster than linen stitch.

If you like instant gratification, this pattern provides it. You knit and Miss Babs does the painting.

The Painterly Cowl was made to use a single skein of Miss Babs Sojourn. If you haven’t felt this special yarn, you are in for an absolute treat. I wanted to use it in a simple way that played with the gorgeous variegation found in Miss Babs’ yarns (and I had to justify my spontaneous purchase at Rhinebeck!)

Despite the small needle size, the cowl is a quick and simple knit.

Circumference: 24”

Materials

1 skein Sojourn (fingering, not sport) - or 200 yards of variegated sock/fingering yarn. Shown in Deep Sea Jellyfish.

16” US size 2 (2.75mm) circular needle or DPNs.

Tapestry needle for weaving in ends.
