SIZE

One Size. 150cm (60in) wide and 85cm (34in) deep

MATERIALS

Manos Del Uruguay Silk Blend Fino (70% merino wool, 30% silk), 450m/492yds per 100g)
2 x 100g hanks, (1 x 100g hank in each colour)
Shown in # 9988 Pheasant (Colour A) and 438 Poison (Colour B)

4.5mm (US 7) 100cm circular needle, or size to obtain gauge

TENSION

12 sts and 20 rows in a 10cm (4in) square in Brioche Stitch after blocking

NOTES

In brioche stitch, a stitch and its accompanying yarn over are always counted as a single stitch.

Brioche stitch in two colours must be worked on a circular needle because you will be knitting two right side rows at a time, followed by two wrong side rows.

Instead of turning at the end of the first row, slide the stitches back to the opposite end of the circular needle, ready to knit a second row with the same side facing.
