Palm Coast is a simple stockinette halter top with icord ties. This pattern is worked flat using worsted (medium #4) yarn.

The yardage will vary slightly depending on how long you make your straps.

US 6 {4.00 mm} 24″ (60 cm) circular needles (or longer).
