Designed as a triangular scarf that uses one 100g skein of pretty sock yarn, the Ostrich Plume border can be worked for more rows to make a full sized shawl. The example has a finished size of 48in (122cm) wide x 20in (51cm) deep.

Techniques used: a “garter” tab start that’s actually worked over stockinette; long tail cast on; k2tog; ssk; sl2, k1, psso; yo; directional twisted (crossed) stitches; and working a crochet chain.

Please read the chart notes on page 1 carefully before working from the charts. The pattern also has complete written out line instructions.

Yarn weight and needle size are flexible and subject to personal preference. This pattern does not tend to play well with high contrast variegated colorways.

Errata
Chart B and the transition row to the lace portion should have 97st between the eyelets, not 95. Stitch count must be 209st total before going into the lace border/Chart C.
