Inspired the cut out paper dolls we all made as children, this sweet hat is an adorable addition to any child’s wardrobe!

This is a fun to make project which is knitted on circular needles (or double pointed needles if you prefer). It features a roll brim, stranded colour work band, knitted cast off ( three needle bind off) and my favourite curly tassels.

Charts are provided for variations of the colour work ; Sweet hearts, little men and little women are included in the chart. Use them alone , or in combination with each other …the choice is yours ;-)

Skills used:
Knitting in the round
Colourwork (stranded)
Working from a chart in the round
Knitted cast off (three needle bind off)
