Stunningly simple, exquisitely elegant, this is the perfect pattern for easing into Tunisian crochet while creating a timeless piece.

This one-skein project makes for a fun yet beautiful project. It’s the perfect pattern to make for loved ones, while practicing technique, comfort, and ease with Tunisian crochet. Once you’ve completed this project, you’ll feel more confident in your Tunisian skills and may want to move on to a more advanced project.

The natural lean of the Tunisian purl stitch creates the lightly bowing shape on the return edge.

The pooling of the yarn will differ with the use of other or alternative yarns. The red and black scarf yarn is called ‘Midnight Canyon,’ while the blue, white, and red speckled yarn is called ‘We’re Going to Need a Bigger Boat.’ Quite appropriate given the pooling!

The yarn is from a Chick that Knitz, which can be purchased here: https://etsy.com/shop/AChickThatKnitz

This pattern is for personal use only. You may not alter, sell, distribute, nor copy in whole nor in parts this pattern or pictures, according to US Copyright laws. However, feel free to print for personal use.

If you would like to make this scarf but don’t know how to do Tunisian crochet or Tunisian purl stitch, I have a tutorial booklet that includes a pattern on making wash cloths. Check it out here! https://www.ravelry.com/patterns/library/tunisian-wash-cl...

Have fun!
