A shawl inspired by waves on the sea shore. The wave pattern is based on the Shetland lace stitch, “Old Shale” and completed with rows of garter stitch. Designed for the Stylecraft Blog Tour 2017.

Stylecraft Batik DK 50g, x3 #1930 Iron, x1 #1916 Rose, x1 #1904 Cherry, x1 #1906 Heather, x1 #1915 Graphite, x1 #1903 Coral

You will need
4.5mm (US 7) circular knitting needle 60cm or longer (required to accommodate the number of stitches), 4.5mm (US 7) crochet hook, scrap yarn for provisional cast on and a tapestry needle.
