The Parchment Raglan is a timeless crocheted sweater with a cozy turtleneck collar and a roomy yet elegant fit.

-Pattern is worked from the top down and sleeves are worked directly on to the body, so no seaming!
-Pattern is designed with 4-6” of positive ease, and has optional waist shaping.
-Sized according to CYC standards and is written as follows: XS(S,M,L)(XL,2X,3X,4X,5X). The finished bust measurements are: 34.5(38,44,48.5)(52,56,60,64,66)“. When choosing a size, pick a size approximately 4-6 inches larger than your actual bust size, or size up for an even more oversized fit!
-Tons of customization tips and tricks sprinkled throughout to ensure you get the fit you want. We are all unique in our bodies and it’s totally ok to need to alter a garments instructions to better fit you!
-Grey Parchment on me: Size S; Burnt Orange Parchment on me: Size M both worn on a 34” bust.
-Sweater is meant to be oversized, my instructions are written with the intent for the sweater to be slightly cropped (ideally resting at the top of my hipbone), but instructions are included for how to adjust length. My size M sample has alterations to add length.
-Sleeves are oversized around the upper arm and gradually taper slightly, but still have nice room at the wrist. I opted for my sleeves to be a little on the longer size. The beauty of top down garments is that you can try on as you go to get the fit just right for YOU. Whatever your vision is, I encourage you to have a finished make you’re going to wear the heck out of.
-If between sizes, you can either size down for a closer fit, or size up for an even cozier fit.

Yardage is estimated based off of body shaping estimations. If you’re altering the pattern for a straighter fit or a longer fit, you may need to adjust your yardage accordingly. I even had some testers make a dress version!

Happy crocheting.
