Parsley Polo
Release Party - This pattern is 40 % of until November 24th.
Parsley Polo is a lovely boxy polo with a large, distinctive collar and drop shoulders.
The polo is soft and chunky yet still light. It is worked top-down in two strands of Handdyed Fat Mohair.
The polo is worked top-down, starting with the back and then the front. The back begins with short rows to shape the shoulders, then is knitted straight down to the bottom of the armhole. Next, the front pieces are worked—also with short rows for shoulder shaping—and increases for the neckline and button band. When the bottom of the armhole is reached, back and front are joined and the body is worked in the round. Stitches are picked up for the sleeves. The sleeves are worked in the round, and before the rib edge the stitch count is decreased. Finally, the button band and polo collar are worked.
