The Party Bones mittens were inspired by the Day of the Dead. This beautiful celebration is a commemoration of lost family and friends. It is rich with color, tradition, and love. These mittens were designed with all three in mind. These mittens are worked from the bottom up in the round using stranded colorwork. You will work with 2 strands of yarn throughout this pattern. You will never have to use more than 2 strands. This pattern provides instructions for knitting an unlined or lined version.

This pattern was originally published as part of the Day of the Dead Mystery Mitten Knit-a-Long.
