Passion For Fiber and Flowers
by Nicole Rapp
This was such a fun pattern to design. I love working the lotus flower pattern and wanted to make a matching set!
I would say this is for an adventurous beginner knitter only because it would be easy to get lost in the yarn overs in this pattern. There is NO cables though! If you use stitch markers after every repeat it is easy to keep track of your stitches.
The hat can work as a beanie or a slouchy hat for those that prefer a nice slouch, you just add more repeats before you start your decreases.
For the cowl I added a stretchy bind off, but if you prefer a tighter bind off, then just do a standard one.
