Do you ever think that fields and paddocks look like fabric when seen from the air? It’s not just me is it? This pattern reminds me of those ‘patchwork paddocks’.
Using just one skein of hand-dyed sport weight yarn, this pattern makes a tall narrow cowl that can sit inside your coat collar. You can fold in half or let it drape into gentle folds.
There is a chart but it’s very easy I promise! If you can cast on, knit, purl and cast off, you can make this cowl.

You will need circular needles, stitchmarkers (up to 12 if you want to mark each repeat) and a sewing up needle. Scales to weigh your yarn are recommended.
