This stitch I am calling the Patchwork Textured Crochet Stitch and isn’t it so pretty! Could you imagine a blanket made using it? Would have warm spots as well as mesh making it a perfect stitch to make a blanket for chilly weather. This is a future project for me for sure!

This is a 6 row repeat but it’s still a mindless crochet stitch because it pretty much tells you where the stitches go. Easy to learn and memorize.

ABBREVIATIONS used in pattern
ch = Chain
sl st = Slip Stitch
st = Stitch
sk = Skip
YO = Yarn Over
sk 2 sts = Skip two stitches
sts = Stitches
sp = Space
FPDC = Front Post Double Crochet
BPDC = Back Post Double Crochet
DC = Double Crochet
V St = V Stitch - DC 1, ch 1 , DC 1
