Imagine relaxing on the patio on a mid-summer afternoon. There is a gentle breeze that flows through the trellis, causing the leaves to rustle and the lights hanging above to slowly sway. It’s not cold, but you might need something light to add some warmth, or simply a little something to add to your outfit. Patio Season is a lacy and elegant crocheted scarf designed especially for such occasions, and would be appropriate for spring, summer, and fall weather.

This is an advanced beginner level pattern. The pattern is written in standard US crochet terms. It comes in one size.

Dimensions:
82” (208 cm) x 12” (30 cm) (including edging)

Here’s what you’ll need:
Hooks: 4 mm
Yarn: Approximately 600 yards (548 m) of DK weight yarn. I used 2.5 skeins of Madeline Tosh DK in Jade.
